About the Recipe
Jump to Recipe

My husband and son love eating yogurt, but the varieties in the store tend to be full of sugar and additives! Instead, I start with a plain base and have fun creating my own different flavor combinations. I threw this Gluten-Free Basil Pear Yogurt together one day, and it’s been a favorite ever since. We especially love making it in the summer when we have fresh basil growing in our garden.

To make this recipe dairy-free, use coconut yogurt or another non-dairy yogurt. Make it AIP by using AIP-friendly coconut yogurt instead of regular yogurt and omit the vanilla.

The mix of flavor in this basil pear yogurt is the best. I love the distinct taste of basil blending with the yogurt and the crispy sweet pear, it is very unique. This recipe is going to get printed, for sure. My girls at work would love this!
