Keto Olive BurgerFit Burger

What makes this burger special?
This was an experiment meant to test my own palate. I wanted to see if I could find a way to enjoy olives by mixing them into a BurgerFit burger. It turns out, the Keto Olive BurgerFit burger is one of my favorites!

Why eat the Olive Burger?

According to Healthline, Olives are very high in vitamin E and other powerful antioxidants. Studies show that they are good for the heart and may protect against osteoporosis and cancer. Olives are a good source of vitamin E, iron, copper, and calcium. They may also contain high amounts of sodium if packaged in saltwater.

Capers also provide some health benefits due to their modest nutrient content, which helps you reach your recommended daily intake of a few essential nutrients. Capers include fiber, Vitamin K, and Iron. Don’t be a kale hater – kale gained popularity for good reason! It contains a ton of vitamins and minerals, including calcium and magnesium, which both contribute to bone health.

This burger also follows many dietary lifestyles including Keto, Gluten-free, Paleo, Dairy-free , Whole30, and AIP!

I bought too many jars of olives and now I’m stuck with trying to find the perfect recipe so they don’t go to waste. I’m glad I stumbled into this website, now I have something to experiment for the weekend.
