Ingredients

  • 10 oz zoodles zucchini noodles
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese chopped into chunks, or you can use small balls.
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1-2 Zucchini Pesto Burgerfit Burgers cut into small, bite-sized pieces.
