Pear & Brie Lettuce Wrap

There is a restaurant we love in Cookeville, Tennessee, called Father Tom's Pub. They have delicious burgers! This is where I had pear on a burger for the first time, and this recipe is inspired by them. You may question these ingredients together, but I promise that your tastebuds will love this combination. If you are ever visiting Cookeville, stop by and try a burger at Father Tom’s!

Ingredients

  • 1 BurgerFit Burger cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 slices brie cheese
  • 1 pear chopped
  • 1 leaf iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Heat BurgerFit burger in a skillet, microwave, or by desired method. Place brie cheese on top of burgers for the last minute to start melting the cheese.
  • Core and chop up pear.
  • Cut burger into bite-size pieces and place on top of iceberg lettuce. Add pear, drizzle honey, and wrap up lettuce leaf.
