Stir-Fry with Spicy Cabbage Rice
Stir fry is a great way to use up veggies in your refrigerator and utilize them in a way that your family will actually eat. This stir fry sauce replaces the usual soy sauce with coconut aminos, making it a great replacement for those trying to avoid soy. And if you’re needing a low-carb replacement for rice, the Spicy Cabbage Rice is your go-to! The more finely it is chopped, the better it can be hidden in the recipe. Skip the greener outside leaves if you need to hide it from a picky eater.

Stir Fry
- 1 Broccoli chopped
- 3 Carrots chopped
- 2 bunches Bok choy or other preferred cabbage
- 2 cups Rice cooked
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 BurgerFit burgers
Saute broccoli, carrots, bok choy in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic powder and salt. Don't over cook the vegetables to where they are soggy.
While the vegetables are cooking, heat another skillet over medium-high heat. Add cooking fat to the skillet. Once everything is hot, add chopped cabbage. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often, and add salt.
Add minced garlic to cabbage and continue stirring to keep cabbage and garlic from burning. Remove from heat once everything is fragrant and cabbage is cooked to your preference.
Stir in mustard.
Pour all stir fry sauce ingredients into a mason jar, screw on lid, and shake (or whisk in a mixing bowl).
Pour sauce over stir fry.
Serve over spicy cabbage rice.
Save leftover sauce in a jar in the refrigerator, and use as a marinade or salad dressing.
