Swap out the lettuce for spinach or kale, the hummus for an herb goat cheese or pesto, the onion and tomatoes for carrots and radishes. Get creative and have fun with the pita pocket!

Heat BurgerFit burger in skillet, microwave, or by desired method.
While the burger is heating up, spread 1 tbsp of hummus on the inside of ½ of a pita.
Mix the lettuce, tomato, red onion, deconstructed BurgerFit burger, and kimchi (if desired) in a bowl until combined.
Add to pita pocket.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
