We're getting ready for summer with this recipe: an easy keto, whole30, paleo Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing with blended ground beef, Radish & Lemon BurgerFit burger with Koops' Mustard and SunGarden sprouts!

Equipment

  • Liquid measuring cups

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake or use a bowl and whisk.
  • Lightly pour 2-3 tablespoons into a bowl and toss with 1/2 cup Spicy Sprout Mix from SunGarden.
  • Place on top of a BurgerFit burger or bed of greens and sprinkle the Garlic Smoked Salts from BurgerFit on top.

Notes

  • Add a sprinkle of feta cheese over salad and sprouts
  • Substitute maple syrup in place of honey
  • Other dried herbs can be substituted or added along with the oregano, such as thyme, mint, basil, rosemary.
