Mix together the cassava flour, salt, garlic powder, and ground cumin in a large bowl.
Add warm water and oil of choice. Thoroughly mix and knead the dough.
Separate the dough into 8 portions and roll each in a ball. Place each dough ball between parchment paper and roll out using a rolling pin.
Using a skillet or griddle on medium-high heat, cook each tortilla for 1-2 minutes per side, or until it begins to bubble and brown.
