Alane's Go-To

Most of my lunches use this template of protein, veggies, goat cheese, and salad dressing. This is my favorite way to eat a BurgerFit burger and how I started my transition from eating burgers with bread to eating them with salad greens.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 slices Bacon (optional)
  • Salad greens (any greens will do)
  • 1 BurgerFit Burger cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Goat cheese to taste (optional)
  • Honey Mustard to taste
  • Pickled onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook bacon according to the directions and your desired crispiness. Once cooled enough to handle, chop into pieces.
  • In a bowl add the salad greens, BurgerFit burger, goat cheese, and chopped bacon. 
  • Drizzle desired amount of honey mustard dressing and serve.
