Spicy Cabbage Rice

When I adopted more of a Whole30 lifestyle, rice was one of the things that I really limited eating. We often use cauliflower rice in place of rice but cauliflower isn't the only vegetable out there that can substitute the feeling of eating rice. I've found that finely chopped cabbage gives me the same sensation of eating rice and as an added bonus, Fletcher doesn't realize the difference.
