Glazed Carrots

This recipe is gluten-freedairy-free, and Paleo making it great for whatever dietary lifestyle you might be on. It's super easy to prepare and most of the cooking time is time in the oven!

  • Knife

  • Dry measuring cups

  • Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
  • Place halved carrots on a baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl or mason jar add all ingredients except the carrots and mix till combined. Pour over carrots on a baking sheet and toss lightly to coat in glaze.
  • Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and move everything to a serving dish.
  • Add additional salt and pepper to taste if needed.


  • Make this recipe keto and whole30 by removing the maple syrup. 
  • Maple syrup can also be swapped out with honey.
