Ingredients

cilantro leaves
(to preference)

Koops' Jalapeno Mustard
or use your favorite!

balsamic vinegar
½
cup
extra virgin olive oil
1-2
garlic cloves
minced

avocado

tbsp
lime juice
(about 1 lime)

lime zest
(about 1 lime)

onion powder
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cut open the avocado and remove the pit.
Scoop into a large, wide-mouth mason jar.
Add in the rest of the ingredients.
Using an immersion blender, blend the ingredients together in the jar until combined.
Taste for salt and pepper and add more if desired.
Top with a lid and store in the fridge until you're ready to use it.
Drizzle over your summer-time salad and top with SunGarden's Alfalfa Sprouts!
Notes
Swap out the Koops' Jalapeno Mustard for Koops' Mustard Honey Dijon for a sweeter and less spicy version!
Keto-friendly with avocado's healthy fats.
Try blending in sunflower seeds for extra nutrients.
Substitute coconut oil or avocado oil in place of olive oil if needed.
Use as a chip dip or a sandwich spread!
