Gluten-Free Brie & Pear Lettuce Wraps
These easy, gluten-free Brie & Pear Lettuce Wraps will be your new favorite way to eat a burger, especially a BurgerFit one!
Servings: 1 person
Heat cooking fat in a skillet on medium high heat.
Slice onions into half moons and sautee until soften.
Add the red wine and continue sauteeing until onions start to brown. Remove from the heat.
Heat BurgerFit burger in a skillet, microwave, or by desired method. Place brie cheese on top of burgers for the last minute to start melting the cheese.
Core and chop up pear.
Cut burger into bite-size pieces and place on top of iceberg lettuce. Add pear, sauteed onions, mustard, honey, and wrap up lettuce leaf.
