Gluten-Free Brie & Pear Lettuce Wraps
- Heat cooking fat in a skillet on medium high heat.
- Slice onions into half moons and sautee until soften.
- Add the red wine and continue sauteeing until onions start to brown. Remove from the heat.
- Heat BurgerFit burger in a skillet, microwave, or by desired method. Place brie cheese on top of burgers for the last minute to start melting the cheese.
- Core and chop up pear.
- Cut burger into bite-size pieces and place on top of iceberg lettuce. Add pear, sauteed onions, mustard, honey, and wrap up lettuce leaf.
- To make this recipe dairy-free, omit the cheese.
The Brie & Pear Lettuce Wraps are also delicious with goat cheese on them.
