Have you ever had a burger with pear on it?

These easy, gluten-free Brie & Pear Lettuce Wraps will be your new favorite way to eat a burger, especially a BurgerFit one! The first time I heard of pears on a burger, I’ll admit, I was pretty skeptical. But I tried it anyway and I am so glad that I did because it is delicious! No burger should be left without the perfect condiment and the Koops’ Organic Dijon (or Koops’ Honey Mustard if you want to skip the honey step) is so good with this recipe! It is hard to just eat one of these! If you are a bread eater or have gluten-free bread at home, this recipe is also amazing between two buns or bread.

Even though I used the Koops’ Organic Dijon Mustard in this recipe (and mentioned you can swap it for the Koops’ Honey Mustard), you can experiment with any of the Koops’ Mustards! Some other ones that I think would be great in this recipe are:
  1. Spicy Brown Koops’ Mustard
  2. Stone Ground’ Mustard
  3. Yellow Koops’ Mustard
  4. Honey Dijon Koops’ Mustard
I used the Spinach and Mushroom BurgerFit burger in this recipe but so many of the BurgerFit recipes could be used in place of it. A few of my favorite BurgerFit recipes to eat with this Pear & Brice Lettuce wrap recipe are:
  1. Beet
  2. Beans, Greens, & Balsamic
  3. Carrot & Thyme
  4. Kohlrabi
  5. Pickles & Greens
  6. Spinach & Mushroom

“If you’ve never tried a pear on a burger, trust me on this one. It is delicious!”
