Instructions
In a large pot, add cooking fat and onions, and cook on medium-high heat until onions are browned, approximately

Turn down heat to medium and add broth.
Add the remaining ingredients except kale, noodles, and

Simmer for

, stirring occasionally. Turn down the heat if broth begins to boil.
Add kale, noodles, and
