Do you have to use ground beef?

No, you can use any type of ground meat you would like! Ground pork, turkey, chicken, etc. make delicious BurgerFit burgers! If you are vegetarian or vegan, you can even replace the meat with lentils, beans, or your favorite meat substitute.

Do you eat burgers everyday?

Of course, not! We do love our BurgerFit burgers but we definitely don’t eat them everyday.

Is there a vegetarian/vegan option?

Yes! You can replace the pound of ground meat with your favorite meat replacement, such as lentils or beans.

Can you still see the vegetables in the burgers after they are cooked?

In some of the recipes, yes. We got the extra step when feeding them to someone that thinks they do not like vegetables to go ahead and make up their burger for them with condiments, cheese, and even the bread. This gets them eating before they can pick it apart 🙂

Do BurgerFit burgers work with other healthy eating diets?

Absolutely! BurgerFit burgers accommodate almost any type of diet or healthy lifestyle you follow! Most recipes are Paleo, Keto, and Whole30 friendly and can even help you stay on-track in Weight Watchers.
