It was about small changes that I could build on, and eating more vegetables was part of that change.”

Alane Boyd lost over forty pounds and has successfully kept it off for almost a decade. She had to change her eating habits by choosing more vegetables over processed and high carb foods. When everyone in her family wasn’t open to eating more vegetables, she came up with BurgerFit burgers and created her cookbook. Her recipes offer new ways to incorporate vegetables with ground meat so that you and your family can eat healthier…whether they know it or not!
The BurgerFit cookbook can be purchased at shop.getburgerfit.com, on Amazon, and recipes can also be found for free on their website. The second cookbook in the BurgerFit, BurgerFit: Deconstructed, series is launching later this summer and includes recipes for ways to use your leftover burgers in new meals.
