Alane's Go-To
What inspired this recipe?
Jump to RecipeMost of my lunches use this template of protein, veggies, goat cheese, and salad dressing. This Alane’s Go-To Keto Salad recipe is my favorite way to eat a BurgerFit burger and how I started my transition from eating burgers with bread to eating them with salad greens.
You can make this recipe paleo and AIP-friendly by omitting the cheese and using sweetener-free dressing; for AIP just be mindful of how much sweetener is in the dressing you choose. You can also make it dairy-free by omitting the goat cheese!

I used to load my plate with literally anything until I gained so much weight and realized I wasn’t healthy anymore. I have tried so many diet foods but out of all the ones I found, I must say this has been the best I have tried. I have never felt so light even after eating 2 bowls of this healthy burger salad. The bacon, burger and greens they definitely go together and I’m so happy to notice my weight slowly changing for the better.
Thank you for your review, Amy. We truly appreciate it! Glad you liked the recipe and it helped you in your weight loss plan.
