Mediterranean Pocket
There is something fun about eating food in a pocket! If you are eating low carb or gluten-free, many grocery stores now carry those options for pita bread. You can make this recipe yours by adding your favorite ingredients.

cut into bite size pieces

hummus

pita

lettuce

tomato
diced

diced red onion

Kimichi
optional, or try
fermented beets
feta cheese
sprinkle to taste
Instructions
Heat
BurgerFit
burger in skillet, microwave, or by desired method.
While the burger is heating up, spread 1 tbsp of hummus on the inside of ½ of a pita.
Mix the lettuce, tomato, red onion, deconstructed
BurgerFit
burger, and kimchi (if desired) in a bowl until combined.
Add to pita pocket.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
