I love that this recipe suggests kimchi, I love that food so much when I was in Korea. Anyway, I’m making this on the 4th of July for my friends that are coming over. I may add some slices of green bell pepper, keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes well.

    • Hi Celine. Thank you for your interest in this recipe. Don’t forget to add a side of fresh veggies like carrots, broccoli, and tomatoes with the hummus for a more satisfying meal.
