BurgerFit burgers are delicious, even without the bread

Looking for a way to eat burgers in a healthier way? This is my favorite way to eat a BurgerFit burger and how I started my transition from eating burgers with bread to eating them with salad greens.

Most of my lunches use this template of protein, veggies, goat cheese, and salad dressing. This is my favorite way to eat a BurgerFit burger and how I started my transition from eating burgers with bread to eating them with salad greens.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 slices Bacon (optional)
  • Salad greens (any greens will do)
  • 1 BurgerFit Burger cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Goat cheese to taste (optional)
  • Honey Mustard to taste
  • Pickled onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook bacon according to the directions and your desired crispiness. Once cooled enough to handle, chop into pieces.
  • In a bowl add the salad greens, BurgerFit burger, goat cheese, and chopped bacon. 
  • Drizzle desired amount of honey mustard dressing and serve.

    This is how I like my veggie salad to taste less the pickled onions. I would replace it with chopped sweet red bell pepper. Add goat cheese and honey mustard, and comes pure perfection!!!!
