Meet Alane and Anna
Alane Boyd
Alane has kept her 40 lb weight loss off since 2013, and created BurgerFit and Cooking with My Friends as a way to get her family eating better. Her health journey started in 2012 after being diagnosed with high blood pressure and obesity. Frustrated and determined, Alane decided to make small, sustainable changes in her diet so that it would be maintainable for a lifetime. Now Alane maintains a healthy weight range and has incorporated quick and easy recipes that keep her picky family members eating better!
Anna Dunn
Owner of the newest coffee shop in Cookeville, Anna Dunn and her husband started Soul Craft out of a coffee truck and moved it into its current location in 2019. Their beautifully designed shop has quickly become a Cookeville staple known for its homemade pop tarts, delicious coffee, and superb customer service.
How We Met
I met Anna for the first time when buying a beloved latte from Soul Craft. She was there and came up and introduced herself to me. She had recognized me from all of the BurgerFit things we do. I love her energy and the excitement she has for her business. I hope we are drinking at Soul Craft Coffees all over the country one day.
