After creating my own pumpkin spice blend for my Pumpkin Spiced Apples, I also began throwing it in lattes. Be careful, this dairy-free Golden Latte can be addicting!
This recipe also follows gluten-free and paleo dietary lifestyles! If you would like to make this recipe keto and Whole30, omit the maple syrup.

Golden Latte

Ingredients
- 1 cup your choice of milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat your milk of choice by your preferred method. We love using this milk frother to heat and froth your milk in minutes!
- While milk is heating, put 1 tsp of pumpkin spice blend and 1 tsp maple syrup in mug.
- Whisk or stir in heated milk.

I have all the ingredients except for the maple syrup. I substituted maple syrup with fresh honey and sprinkle the top with cinnamon – I love cinnamon. The final product was so good, I have to make more! It felt like I found my instant medicine.
