Dairy-Free Golden Latte

Golden Latte low res
About the Recipe
Jump to Recipe

When I competed in the World Food Championships with Stephanie Zarling and her mom, Christine, every morning they would enjoy a pumpkin spice latte that they made themselves. After creating my own pumpkin spice blend for my Pumpkin Spiced Apples, I also began throwing it in lattes. Be careful, this dairy-free Golden Latte can be addicting!

This recipe also follows gluten-free and paleo dietary lifestyles! If you would like to make this recipe keto and Whole30, omit the maple syrup.

I called in sick and needing of something soothing to drink, weather wasn’t nice outside either so I decided to make this latte. Turned out this was exactly what I needed! I have all the ingredients except for the maple syrup. I substituted maple syrup with fresh honey and sprinkle the top with cinnamon – I love cinnamon. The final product was so good, I have to make more! It felt like I found my instant medicine.
