Get the Matcha Energy Ball Recipe
- 1 1/2 tbsp Matcha powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (more if you like them sweeter)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- Put everything in the food processor.
- Do a taste test before rolling into balls and make sure you don’t need to adjust.
- Roll into balls. If it is too wet to be able to roll into balls, add more oats. If it is too dry, add more almond butter.
