Avocado Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 BurgerFit burger left whole
  • 1/2 avocado mashed
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  • Heat BurgerFit burger in skillet, microwave, or by desired method.
  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with salt, garlic, and pepper.
  • Spread the avocado mixture on top of the BurgerFit burger.
  • Top with more salt and pepper if desired.

    We decided to do potluck for lunch at work and I picked this recipe for my friends to try and they all loved it. It was the first food to go!!! But what impressed them the most is when I told them that it only took me 5 minutes to prepare the entire thing. I have to run back to my workstation to print them a copy of this recipe. It is well-worth sharing.
