Super Sprout BurgerFit Burger
Eating your veggies has never been easier! This Keto, Whole30, Paleo BurgerFit recipe that combines both ground meat and broccoli, kale, and alfalfa sprout superfoods can be made in under 30 minutes!
As a busy, working mom with picky eaters in the house, this recipe makes sure my family is getting the important nutrients they need. The BurgerFit Broccoli, Kale, and Alfalfa Sprout Powder make it so simple to add those needed veggies in without any extra work and without those picky eaters being able to “pick out” the vegetables.
When you hear “sprouts” you might first think of Brussel sprouts from the cabbage family. But we’re thinking of the small shoots of plants that grow from seeds that can be added to salads, sandwiches, and smoothies! These young plant shoots are incredibly nutritious because they’re harvested between 3-7 after they start growing which is when they’re most abundant in nutrients!
Here are some of the nutrients you’re getting when you consume sprouts:
- Vitamin K
- B Vitamins
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin A
When you’re consuming those nutrients regularly, here are some of the ways your health can improve:
- Improved digestion
- Improved blood sugar levels
- Lower risk of heart disease
- Boosted metabolism
- Prevent anemia
- Aid in weight loss
- Lower cholesterol
- Reduce blood pressure
- Boost skin health
- Improved vision
- Immune system support
- Healthy digestion
- Detoxification characteristics
- Healthy inflammation response
- Cardiovascular system balance
- Increased nutrient absorption
- Brain support
