It’s finally pumpkin season again and we love making anything and everything with pumpkin in it! Not only is it delicious in so many recipes, but it’s also a nutrient-dense food that is low in calories, packed with Vitamin K, Copper, Magnesium, and Beta-Carotene! So there is no reason you should resist all the delicious recipes that you can incorporate pumpkin into!
