About the Recipe
Jump to Recipe

We named this the All-In Kitchen Sink Keto Cauliflower Pizza because it’s really about using whatever vegetables you might have in a fun and delicious way! Especially in times when you might have a lot of produce in your fridge and you’re unsure how to use it all up – it all goes great on a pizza! You can also use whatever cheese(s) you have on hand and you can have a lot of fun experimenting with different flavors – you don’t just have to stick to mozzarella! If you want to make this recipe Whole30-compliant, do not use cheese at all! I love pizza and using the cauliflower pizza crust keeps this low-carb.

OMG this recipe is phenomenal! Our church gave a lot of vegetables and I have been looking around for recipe to help me with the cooking. Clearly, I don’t want the vegetables to go to waste and I don’t have much time either to cook every day so this recipe came in in such a perfect time. I put in strips of cabbage, slices of carrots and eggplant, eggplant kinda turned a little mushy but the cabbage and carrots were perfect. Also added mild cheddar cheese, chopped bacon and tons of white onion. Can’t wait to tell my friends about this recipe!
