Whether you are looking for something to make with all of those leftover dyed eggs from Easter or just looking for a new keto snack dip, this is a delicious new way to enjoy hard boiled eggs without all of the work to scoop them individually to make deviled eggs. It is so good even Fletcher loves it!

Deviled Egg Dip {Keto}

I love deviled eggs but rarely feel motivated to go through the process of having to scoop the yolk mixture into each egg white. This recipe makes deviled egg-eating easy and quick! It also replaces mayonnaise, which is found in most deviled egg recipes, with plain yogurt and olive oil.

Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Food processor

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a food processor except for the paprika and pickled onions.
  • Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Scoop into a bowl for serving.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and top with pickled onions
  • Serve on BurgerFit burgers, crackers, or both!

    I have been extra inventive with my Deviled egg recipe, I added minced onion, tomato and sprinkle of bacon on top. I have a 20 year old granddaughter that loves this snack and told me this has been the best deviled egg she ever tasted. I felt so accomplished each time I make this recipe.
