Gluten-Free Un-Chicken Noodle Soup
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cooking fat
- 1 onion chopped
- 64 oz chicken broth
- 3 carrots sliced
- 3 red potatoes chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- 2-4 kale leaves chopped
- 4 oz gluten-free noodles or your favorite noodles
- 3-4 BurgerFit burgers chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, add cooking fat and onions, and cook on medium-high heat until onions are browned, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Turn down heat to medium and add broth.
- Add the remaining ingredients except kale, noodles, and BurgerFit burgers.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn down the heat if broth begins to boil.
- Add kale, noodles, and BurgerFit burgers, and cook for 3-5 minutes to heat burgers and cook noodles.
