It's time to elevate your burger eating habits

Life is too short to always eat your burger the same way- lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, etc. Even though those are all great ways to enjoy a burger, I love experimenting with different flavors! This dairy-free Elevated Burger is a flavor explosion in your mouth. The Beet Hummus from Kassia Fiedor is such a fresh take on traditional hummus and I fell in love immediately. The colors are also gorgeous with the bright purple from the beets and the pop of orange from the Koops’ Arizona Heat Mustard. The Arizona Heat Mustard gives the dairy-free Elevated burger the perfect spice to round out the taste. Of course, any of the Koops’ Mustards would be delicious with this recipe.

I used the Spinach & Mushroom BurgerFit burger because, with all of the flavors of the hummus, sauerkraut, and mustard, it would be too overpowering to have a whole set of additional flavors in the burger.

“This doesn’t have your normal pickles, onions and tomatoes on it, those are great ways to eat a burger, but this is going to elevate your burger eating habits.” -Alane

Beet Hummus Dip

From Kassia Fiedor - I love dips so much, and this one using beets as the base is surprisingly delicious! As someone who is sensitive to beans, I'm always looking for alternatives to use for dips. You'll love this bright, earthy, smooth dip - it's great with crudites or gluten-free crackers. Plus it's the perfect way to get beets into your diet, especially if you're not a huge fan of them. Enjoy!
