Gluten-Free Southwest Rice Bowl
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Cooking fat
- 1 12 oz Package frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 can Black beans drained
- 1-2 BurgerFit burgers cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic
Topping Ideas
- Pico de gallo or salsa
- Sour cream or plain greek yogurt
- Shredded cheese
- Cilantro
Instructions
- Heat a skillet on medium heat with 1 tsp cooking fat.
- Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes or until heated.
- Add salt, cumin, paprika, garlic, and stir. Add black beans and BurgerFit burger, and cook until heated thoroughly.
- Add your favorite toppings.
