Spicy Cabbage Rice

Instructions

  • Saute broccoli, carrots, bok choy in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic powder and salt. Don't over cook the vegetables to where they are soggy.
  • While the vegetables are cooking, heat another skillet over medium-high heat. Add cooking fat to the skillet. Once everything is hot, add chopped cabbage. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often, and add salt.
  • Add minced garlic to cabbage and continue stirring to keep cabbage and garlic from burning.  Remove from heat once everything is fragrant and cabbage is cooked to your preference.
  • Stir in mustard.
  • Pour all stir fry sauce ingredients into a mason jar, screw on lid, and shake (or whisk in a mixing bowl).
  • Pour sauce over stir fry.
  • Serve over spicy cabbage rice.
  • Save leftover sauce in a jar in the refrigerator, and use as a marinade or salad dressing.
