Fuel your beach day
With the warmer weather coming, here is an easy, healthy spring break beach spread you can bring with you to the beach! Playing in the sand, water, and sun all day, you’re going to need food that is going to fill you up and keep you full so can continue playing! BurgerFit burgers with Koops’ Mustard and a side of fruit, combine protein with vegetables, flavor, and natural fruit sugars to give you energy! Whether you are planning your Spring Break beach trip or summer vacation, this meal is the perfect combo to cook ahead of time and take with you or cook from your condo while you’re there.
Packing for the beach doesn’t have to mean cheat days and high carbohydrate, sugary foods. You can, of course, still have those throughout your trip but adding in a few healthy meals is just what your body needs to feel good while on vacation.

Kale BurgerFit Burger
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 2 tsp BurgerFit Kale Sprout Powder
- 1 tbsp Koops' Jalapeno Mustard or use your favorite!
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until combined. Don't over mix or the ground meat can become tough.
- Form mixture into 4 equal burger patties and place burger patties on hot skillet.
- Cook burgers on medium heat on the stove for 3-5 minutes on each side or to your prefe3rence. Cooking times can vary.
