A summer favorite
An easy summer meal: a gluten-free, keto BurgerFit Burrito! During the summer, I like to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible. I’d rather be out exploring and spending time with my family! That’s why my go-to is a BurgerFit burrito, with whatever ingredients I have on hand in my fridge. I always make sure I have Koops’ mustard and SunGarden Sprouts to add to my meals for an extra sauce and extra nutrients!
Trying to get kids to eat vegetables can be really difficult and that is why I love using BurgerFit burgers in different ways in my family meals. Whatever vegetables are in the BurgerFit burgers seamlessly blend into the meat so that kids (and picky adults) won’t even know they are eating vegetables and they will be loving it! Including sprouts in meals can also be a win for getting a kid to eat vegetables. A sprout is a lot less intimidating to try than a whole vegetable. Sprouts are cute and fun and they make kids curious. Plus, sprouts have such a concentrated amount of nutrients that you don’t have to worry about your kids not getting their vitamins and minerals – a small portion of sprouts will have them covered!
When you’re making the BurgerFit burgers, you don’t have to make them with ground beef, it can easily be substituted with your favorite type of ground meat like ground chicken, pork, and turkey.

I love that burritos are easy to customize depending on who likes what! You can easily add or not include any veggies, greens, condiments, and other toppings. I will usually eat my BurgerFit burrito loaded with veggies, SunGarden sprouts, and Koops’ mustard, but if your picky eaters need a scaled-back version, then you can easily make that happen without having to create a completely different meal.
Any BurgerFit burger would taste great in the BurgerFit burrito, but here are a few of my favorites:

Get the recipe
- 1 BurgerFit burger of your choice!
- 1 Siete tortilla
- Veggies of choice bell peppers, shredded carrots, cucumber, onion, pickles
- Cheese (optional) I used goat cheese on mine!
- Koops' Yellow Mustard or your favorite!
- Broccoli SunGarden Sprouts or your favorite!
- Cook burgers on medium heat on the stove for 5 minutes each side or to your preference. Cooking times can vary.
- Warm tortilla on a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Stuff your burrito with your favorite veggies and top with Koops' Mustard and SunGarden Sprouts!

Excellent burrito recipe but I would add my favorite avocado to this, as always!! No pickles just like how I do my burger. The best thing – my entire family loved it!
