Everyone needs a good balsamic dressing recipe in their repertoire! This keto, gluten-freedairy-freePaleo balsamic dressing is the perfect combination of sweet and tangy and delicious on nearly everything from salads, to burgers and pizza! I especially love this dressing over salad greens with a BurgerFit burger.

With just a few ingredients that you probably already have at home and 5 minutes, you can whip up this delicious dressing that will rival store bought dressing both in taste and price. It stores great in the fridge so that it’s ready to go when you need it!

Trying to get kids to eat vegetables can be really difficult and that is why I love the greens, beans and balsamic BurgerFit burger! The veggies blend seamlessly into the burger and kids (and picky adults) won’t even know they are eating vegetables and they will be loving it!

Even though I used Dijon Koops’ Mustard, you can use whatever mustard you have at home to make this recipe and use whatever sprouts you can find!

Some of the Koops’ Mustards that I think would be great with this recipe are:

I love making the greens, beans, and balsamic BurgerFit burger when I’m making this balsamic dressing because then I use of the dressing in the burger recipe instead of balsamic vinegar. But any BurgerFit burger would be delicious paired with this balsamic dressing! Here are a few of the other BurgerFit burger recipes I’d make if I wasn’t making the greens, beans, and balsamic burger:

I love making homemade salad dressings! If you’re looking for more easy salad dressing recipes, check out some of my other go-to dressings!

I love the fact that this dressing is so quick to make AND delicious at the same time! Mom life hack for those always on the go! – Alane
