A keto, gluten-freedairy-freeWhole30 Creamy Paleo Raspberry Dressing to ease you into fall! Made with fresh raspberries and creamy coconut milk, you’ll fall in love with how delicious this dressing is!

Most of the time we think of raspberries as just a spring and summer crop. But fall-bearing raspberries are definitely a thing and we are here for it! Fall-bearing raspberries are delicious in this creamy raspberry salad dressing recipe, but you can also just use frozen raspberries in this recipe and it will still turn out delicious.

Trying to get kids to eat vegetables can be really difficult and that is why I love incorporating BurgerFit burgers into our meals at home. The veggies in BurgerFit burgers blend seamlessly into the ground meat making them nearly undetectable! Kids (and picky adults) won’t even know they are eating vegetables and they will be loving it! You can serve BurgerFit burgers over a salad with the creamy raspberry dressing, or serve them on the side! However it works for your family to get your picky eaters eating their veggies, that’s how you should serve it.

BurgerFit burgers don’t have to be made with ground beef, it can easily be substituted with your favorite type of ground meat like ground chicken, pork, and turkey.

Even though I used the Koops’ Stone Ground Mustard, you can use almost any of the Koops’ Mustards! Some other ones that I think would be great in this recipe are:

Here are some BurgerFit burgers that would be delicious served with this Creamy Paleo Raspberry Dressing:

With the fall raspberries coming in, I couldn’t wait to try making something with them! This creamy and healthy salad dressing is so fresh and delicious. -Alane

I used fresh raspberries, Koops mustard and all ingredients as listed and this made a delicious and creamy salad dressing that lasted a week in the fridge. This definitely has changed the way I view store bought salad dressing!!
