Amazing Keto, Paleo, Dairy-Free, and Whole30 Creamy Buffalo Dressing recipe! This recipe is fire!! And by that I mean, it is sooooo good and it is a little spicy!

If you’ve been doing paleo or Whole30 for a couple of weeks or longer, you know you can easily start to feel bored with your meals. I’m always trying to make salads more exciting since I eat them almost every day! This Whole30 Creamy Buffalo Dressing recipe will give your taste buds exactly what they need to make it through your Whole30 and beyond!

I love all things spicy so this dressing is one of my all-time favorites! We always have multiple hot sauce options on-hand so throwing this recipe together is easy and I can change it up by using different hot sauces to create it.

Two of my favorite combos involving this buffalo dressing are sunny side eggs on a green salad for breakfast, and over a sweet potato hash (which I don’t just limit myself eating at breakfast!). We try and limit the amount of dairy we eat, so I love that this is a delicious dairy-free alternative for us! It is also a great dipping sauce for numerous snacks and other meals! It is really delicious over our BurgerFit Deconstructed recipes: the Southwest Bowl, Mexican Casserole, and All-In Kitchen Sink Keto Cauliflower Pizza.

While the Nutritional Yeast is optional in the recipe, I highly recommend it! It is a great way to sneak in beneficial nutrients and it really pulls the flavors together. If you don’t have any, do yourself a favor and get some! Try using it as a popcorn topper, in soups, or as a “cheesy” flavor in other dairy-free dishes!

I have not bought salad dressing in over a year! Our BurgerFit Marketing Director and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Stephanie Zarling inspired me to start making my own. It has honestly been a lifesaver! Before starting to make my own, running low on salad dressing or being out of it was such a pain because so many of my meals involve something over greens. Now, with just a few simple ingredients in the fridge and pantry, a fresh batch of salad dressing is always at my fingertips!

So many ingredients I use on a regular basis are on a schedule in my Amazon Subscribe and Save. It has made managing my household so much easier! I get a 6-pack of small coconut cream cans (5.4 oz) every month. I find the smaller cans perfect for making sauces and I don’t have leftovers sitting in the fridge and have to figure out a way to use them before going bad.

I have a gallon jug of apple cider vinegar in my pantry and that comes in handy so much! All of the spices I buy in bulk and move them to smaller containers as I need them. These are also in my Amazon Subscribe and Save.

It is easier than you think to make your own creamy buffalo dressing and you can easily alter the spiciness to your liking! – Alane

This dressing is a perfect pair to my green papaya salad. I added loads of dried parsley and 1 more tsp of garlic powder. My husband told me it was very tasty and that I should make more!!!
