Dairy-Free Italian Dressing

Jump to Recipe

Super easy gluten-free, dairy-free Italian dressing can be made with ingredients you already have in your kitchen and takes less than 5 minutes to make! It doesn’t just have to be used for salads but can also be a great marinade for pork chops and chicken or for roasting veggies. This dressing is very forgiving so if you are missing one of the herbs, don’t sweat it! It will still taste amazing. You can also swap the red wine vinegar for white wine vinegar.

The best part about making your own salad dressings is you never have to run out to the grocery store just to eat your salad! I haven’t bought salad dressing in such a long time. If you’re looking for more 5-minute, jar-shaken salad dressings, try our other recipes!

  1. Hummus dressing
  2. Asian dressing
  3. No-mayo ranch dressing

You can also make this keto-friendly by leaving out the honey. The honey doesn’t make this dressing very sweet, it is more for bringing the flavors together. You can also substitute a keto-friendly sweetener if you want to keep it.

I love adding a couple of tablespoons of plain yogurt sometimes to make it a creamy Italian dressing.

“I love a good dressing that can be used in more ways than just salads.”

If love Italian dressing then you’re going to love this! All you do is just shake everything together in a jar. That’s it! No cooking, no chopping, no blending, no nothing! This is now my new favorite!
