Keto No-Mayo Ranch Dressing is simple to make and you most likely have all the ingredients you need on hand!
Who doesn’t love a good ranch dressing? It is one of those dressings that is extremely versatile – it of course can be used over salad, but it also makes a fantastic dip for pizza and chicken wings! I remember in high school, that was the thing to do with your pizza! But this is a much healthier, gluten-free version of what we used back in the early 2000s. With the fire I put on my chicken wings, the coolness of this ranch dressing helps give your taste buds balance.
This Keto No-Mayo Ranch Dressing recipe uses yogurt in place of mayo because I dislike all things mayo! If you don’t have the exact herbs in this recipe, you can play around with what you do have. For example, if you don’t have dried oregano, you can replace it with parsley or thyme. I find that herbs in dressing can often be swapped out and it will still come out delicious.
I don’t even remember the last time I bought ranch dressing from the grocery store and since Stephanie Zarling joined my team, I haven’t bought salad dressing in almost a year. She taught me how simple it is to make your own salad dressings. When you get the basics, you never have to stress that you don’t have any in your refrigerator and feel the need to make a trip to the grocery store.
I paired this homemade ranch dressing with a baked chicken salad I made with roasted potatoes and julienned cucumbers and carrots. Julienning your vegetables help give you some variety if you eat a lot of salads!

“I think there is a lot to be said about a condiment that can be put on anything and it still tastes good. I haven’t met many meals that ranch dressing doesn’t compliment!” – Alane
