The perfect recipe for rosemary potatoes

Rosemary French Fries
Equipment
Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary or fresh if you have it
- Drizzle olive oil or other cooking fat
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Koops' Arizona Heat Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven on 425 degrees.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices.
- Place cut potatoes on baking sheets and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned on the edges.
- Serve with Arizona Heat Koops' Mustard for dipping or your favorite Koops' Mustard.
Notes
- Easily swap out regular potatoes with sweet potatoes.
- Add additional seasonings like Slap ya Mama and Tony Chacheres.
- Jazz it up by adding a slice onion to it.
- Rosemary French Fries pair nicely with the Carrot & Thyme BurgerFit burger!
